<blockquote> <p>Julia is an Associate Lecturer on the Health Management program in the School of Public Health and Community Medicine.&nbsp; She worked previously in clinical education and epidemiological research in Australia, and spent ten years working in health and social services in New Zealand.&nbsp; Julia is a Registered Nurse, and has practiced clinically in a variety of mental health and addiction services.&nbsp; She completed her Master of Public Health and Master of Health Management at UNSW Australia in 2014, and then secured a three month internship with the World Health Organization in Manila.&nbsp;</p> <p><br></p> <p> </p> <p>As part of the Health Management team, Julia is working on research projects which integrate health leadership and organisational development.&nbsp; &nbsp;Julia is particularly interested in the impact of culture, both as a contextual factor in health service delivery but also from the perspective of the aspects of organisational culture that drive engagement and enable strategic change in health organizations.&nbsp;</p> </blockquote>
