Lynn is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for New Teacher Center (NTC), a national non-profit organization dedicated to improving student learning by accelerating the effectiveness of teachers and school leaders. The Strategic Partnerships team is focused on building partnerships to scale NTC’s work and amplifying the national dialog to focus on impactful ways to develop educator effectiveness. Working at NTC for more than a decade, she has served in a variety of roles at NTC including the Sr. Vice President of Professional Services, Director of Online Professional Development, a founding developer of the e-Mentoring for Student Success program, and a professional development presenter. Prior to joining NTC, Lynn was the Coordinator of the Credential Programs at UC Santa Cruz, a high school science teacher, a full-release district mentor teacher, a lecturer in multiple pre-service programs, and a science curriculum developer. She has a Doctorate in Education from UC Riverside with a research focus on teacher development and a Masters in Science Education from Cal State Fullerton.
