Welcome to this module on key behaviors of an effective communication in
humanitarian settings.
This module is divided in two parts.
The first part is the importance of listening, including why it is important
to listen to improve communication, how to be a good listener, and
why it is particularly important to be good listener in a humanitarian context.
The second part is on the importance of the body language, and
how to understand your body as a tool of communication.
At the end of this module,
you will be able to identify appropriate behaviors to better communicate,
to reflect on your own behaviors, and to adjust them to favor dialogue.
